Mika McLennon - Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience gained across multiple mine sites, projects and locations in Western Australia, Mika is known for his unrelenting drive to seek out new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve with innovative solutions. His capability ranges from surveying to asbestos removal, operating heavy equipment to mine closure readiness.

As a Gija Traditional Owner (Tiltuwam daam) connected to the Argyle mine site, he is a champion and advocate for equity. Mika strives to create a level playing field and lead by example. With a workforce of over 80% Aboriginal, his unwavering dedication to his craft and his community has made him a valuable asset in the industry, and he continues to inspire others with his work ethic and passion for excellence.
