Projects Engineer
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator located at Argyle Diamond Mine, WA. FIFO 2:2 roster.
Qualifications, Licenses & Clearances:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil engineering
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence
- Restricted Quarry Managers ticket, preferrable.Experience:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in project engineering or project planning, required.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in mining resources/construction industry, required.Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualisation software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines -
Supervisor
This Supervisor role is to lead and co-ordinate the operational and maintenance personnel to ensure work is conducted safely while also ensuring that asset availability and utilisation are maximised at all times. The supervisor must be able to develop strong relationships.
This position is located at Argyle Diamond Mine in the East Kimberley. FIFO 2:2 roster. Competitive salary.
Required skills:
- Competence in the operation and maintenance of various plant; including loaders, excavators and trucks.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Possession of a current C Class Drivers Licence.

Contracts Administrator
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator located at Argyle Diamond Mine, WA. FIFO 2:2 roster. Salary negotiable
The Contract Administrator’s responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting; liaising with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Accounts and Training; processing employee documentation and completing onboarding as required, booking commercial travel and site travel using INX InFlight; creating purchase orders, procurement and logistics; document control; general administrative tasks.

Heavy Haulage Truck Driver
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Heavy Haulage Truck Drivers to join our team. This role involves transporting oversized and overmass machinery and equipment to and from various project sites, often under challenging terrain and time-sensitive schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy haulage vehicle
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and fatigue management laws
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported in accordance with safety standards
- Navigate remote and off-road locations
- Liaise with personnel to coordinate deliveries
- Maintain relevant documentationRequirements:
- Valid MC License
-Proven experience in heavy haulage
- Sound understanding of transport regulations
-White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current fatigue management certificate (preferred)
- HRWL (High Risk Work Licence) or other machinery tickets (advantageous) -
Final Trim Excavator Operator
Operators will work 10.5 to 11 hours per work day, Travel out Mon afternoon (4 hours paid), work 12 full days, Travel back Sunday (4 hours paid), 7 days off. DIDO from Kununurra, Halls Creek, Wyndham and surrounding Kimberley areas.
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
2 years' experience on the relevant equipment preferable.
Experience in road construction with GPS and final trim is preferable

MDM Mining and Civil require a reliable, experienced LV Mechanic who is able to take instruction, work independently as well as part of a team. This position is a 1:1 Roster, either FIFO Perth or Darwin or DIDO Kununurra/Halls Creek/Wyndham.
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
Relevant Australian recognised Trade Certificate.
Current Driver’s License.
Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Own tooling.
Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements in a mine environment.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Ordering parts.
Ability to work with Gensets, Forklifts, LV’s.
Assist HV Mechanics as required. -
Dozer Operator
Operators will work 10.5 to 11 hours per work day, Travel out Mon afternoon (4 hours paid), work 12 full days, Travel back Sunday (4 hours paid), 7 days off. DIDO from Kununurra, Halls Creek, Wyndham and surrounding Kimberley areas.

Tooling provided.
Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements in a mine environment.

Ability to service and maintain Heavy Mobile Plant.

Boilermaker
MDM Mining and Civil require a reliable, experienced Boiler Maker who is able to take instruction, work independently as well as part of a team. 2:2 Roster Day Shift. FIFO Perth or Darwin or DIDO Kununurra/Halls Creek/Wyndham
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Relevant Australian recognised Trade Certificate.
Current Driver’s License - HR Preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Inspecting, replacing and repairing GET, work components and tools.
Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
Casting and bending metal parts to create the necessary components.
Welding steel.
Rebuilding work tools.
Conduct repairs as required to ensure machine reliability.
