HSE Manager
MDM Mining & Civil is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance across multiple civil and mining projects.
This role focuses on maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting operational teams to embed strong, practical HSE systems across all sites, including support for tendering and client requirements.
Ideally based in Kununurra on a weekday roster, with FIFO or relocation considered for the right candidate.

Crushing Operators
MDM Mining & Civil is seeking experienced Crusher Operators to join our team on a major project in the East Kimberley. You’ll be working with a brand-new fleet of Metso mobile crushers and a Metso screen, all equipped with Wi-Fi remote control and rockbreakers.
We’re looking for operators who take pride in their work, maintain a strong safety focus, and can operate efficiently in remote environments.
Qualifications, Licences & Clearances:
- Nationally recognised certificates and VOCs (required)
- Loader and Moxie operating experience
- Previous experience on Metso mobile crushers (minimum 6 months)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass medical and site inductionsExperience:

Qualifications, Licenses & Clearances:

- Restricted Quarry Managers ticket, preferrable.Experience:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in project engineering or project planning, required.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in mining resources/construction industry, required.Skills:
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualisation software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Supervisor
This Supervisor role is to lead and co-ordinate the operational and maintenance personnel to ensure work is conducted safely while also ensuring that asset availability and utilisation are maximised at all times. The supervisor must be able to develop strong relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Administrator located at Argyle Diamond Mine, WA. FIFO 2:2 roster. Salary negotiable
The Contract Administrator’s responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting; liaising with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Accounts and Training; processing employee documentation and completing onboarding as required, booking commercial travel and site travel using INX InFlight; creating purchase orders, procurement and logistics; document control; general administrative tasks.

Heavy Haulage Truck Driver
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Heavy Haulage Truck Drivers to join our team. This role involves transporting oversized and overmass machinery and equipment to and from various project sites, often under challenging terrain and time-sensitive schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy haulage vehicle
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations and fatigue management laws
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported in accordance with safety standards
- Navigate remote and off-road locations
- Liaise with personnel to coordinate deliveries

Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Own tooling.

Dozer Operator

Requirements/Responsibilities:
Relevant Australian recognised Trade Certificate.
Current Driver’s License - HR Preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience.
Inspecting, replacing and repairing GET, work components and tools.
Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
Casting and bending metal parts to create the necessary components.
Welding steel.
Rebuilding work tools.
Conduct repairs as required to ensure machine reliability.
